What if I don't have a theme?
That's ok, not all events have a theme.
A theme can be whatever you want it to be. You can have simple themes like a colour theme or a specific flower theme, or a more extravagant theme like a "forest" or "arabian" theme, using the aid of props to bring the theme to life.
Can you send me a brochure of your mandaps, props and prices?
We regularly update the site with new ideas and pictures, so remember to add us to your favourites! Our website is the best resource of information about us. To obtain an estimate we recommend that you make an appointment to view our portfolios and discuss your ideas.
Do you travel out of London?
Yes we do travel outside of London. Travel costs do apply.
Do you have insurance?
Event Gurus carry public liability insurance.

You can use this website to give you a general guide to the type of decor you can have. In addition to this you can arrange an appointment to view our complete portfolio, at which time we can advise you on what you may or may not require.
What is included with the mandap?
Mandap package includes:

4. Bride & Groom Chair with arm rests x 2
5. Side Chairs without armrest x 2
6. Bajot (square) x 2 (for pooja)
7. Patla (rectangle) x 2 (for pooja)
8. Kanyadaan chairs (small chairs x 2)
9. Havankund (fire vessel)
10. Chori x 4 (stacked pots)
11. Carpet in the Aisle (deep red)
12. Aisle Displays (e.g ganesh) on pedestals up to 6
13. Matching Gate
14. Head Table Décor (fresh flowers extra cost)
15. Head Table Backdrop x 1 (10ft length x 8ft high)
16. Elaborate Foyer/Entrance Décor
(Any fresh flowers are at an extra cost)
We are happy to replace any of the above with other items you may require for your ceremony and customs, if possible.
If there are any items above you do not require, we will reduce the price of the mandap accordingly.
How much will it cost to decorate my venue?
We can provide a full quotation once we know exactly what your requirements are, ie; what type of event and where, how many guests, what type of decor you want, etc.
If you have an overall budget in mind we are happy to work with you and design the decor accordingly. |
